The Package:
- £25,000 basic salary, OTE £30,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break
- Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am-12:30pm, with half a day off in lieu
- Predominantly office-based, with occasional property viewings
- Mileage covered when visiting properties

The Person:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident speaking with buyers and sellers, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Organised and able to manage enquiries and follow-ups
- Comfortable working in an office-based estate agency environment
- Willing to undertake occasional property viewings
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are preferred but not essential
The Role:
- Carry out office-based estate agency duties
- Undertake occasional property viewings
- Attend property visits as required
- Register prospective buyers and understand their property requirements
- Match buyers with suitable properties and arrange viewings
- Conduct occasional property viewings and provide feedback to sellers
- Respond to buyer and seller enquiries by telephone and email
- Follow up enquiries and maintain regular contact with prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Assist with progressing agreed sales through to completion
- Keep property records and customer information up to date
- Support the wider team with general office-based sales administration
- Deliver a professional and helpful service throughout the buying and selling process
