The Opportunity
- As a Senior Estate Agent, you’ll manage a live sales pipeline, handle negotiations, work closely with vendors, buyers and investors, and help drive deals through to completion.
- You’ll be confident managing multiple transactions while maintaining momentum and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.
The Package
- Up to £29k with OTE £40k DOE
- Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:00
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00 (half day in lieu or paid, depending on preference)
- Realistic earning potential with basic and overall packages tailored to experience, performance and output.

The Senior Estate Agent Role
- Registering and qualifying buyers and investors
- Proactively generating leads and following up enquiries
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Handling and converting inbound enquiries
- Negotiating offers on behalf of vendors
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and investors
- Promoting additional company services
- Managing and progressing a live sales pipeline
The Person
- 3–6+ years’ experience within Estate Agency / Property (essential)
- Strong experience managing negotiations and sales pipelines
- Commercially aware with excellent closing ability
- Able to manage multiple transactions while maintaining momentum
- Confident building relationships with buyers, vendors and investors
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
