Harte Recruitment is working with an established property business looking for an experienced Sales Progression Specialist to take ownership of the critical final stage of the customer journey. This Sales Progression Specialist position is a completions-focused role where you'll manage transactions from exchange through to completion, working closely with solicitors, mortgage lenders, developers and buyers to remove obstacles, minimise risk and ensure every purchase completes on time.
The Person:
- Have 2+ years' experience in Sales Progression, Residential Conveyancing or Estate Agency
- Understand the UK conveyancing and completions process inside out
- Stay calm under pressure while managing multiple live transactions
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy taking ownership and resolving issues before they become problems
- Build strong relationships with buyers and professional stakeholders alike
The Sales Progression Specialist Role:
- Manage property transactions from exchange through to legal completion
- Drive completions by proactively managing timescales and critical milestones
