The Package:

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • £2,000-£4,000 annual performance bonus (OTE £32,000-£34,000+)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (with regular early finishes on Fridays)
  • Paid overtime for occasional Saturday cover during peak periods
  • Mileage allowance plus access to a pool car when available
  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with genuine progression into senior property management

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a respected independent property business looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its growing South Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping everything running smoothly and delivering a first-class service to both landlords and tenants.

The Person:

  • Previous Property Management or Residential Lettings experience (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing maintenance, contractors and rental arrears
  • Strong written communication and a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Experience using Alto and/or Fixflo (advantageous but not essential)
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential)

The Property Manager Role:

  • Managing your own portfolio of landlords and tenants
  • Collecting rent and proactively managing arrears
  • Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
  • Arranging property inspections and check-outs
  • Maintaining accurate records, invoicing and property documentation
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Ensuring all property management processes are completed accurately and compliantly
