The Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary (DOE)

- Mileage allowance plus access to a pool car when available

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping everything running smoothly and delivering a first-class service to both landlords and tenants.
The Person:
- Previous Property Management or Residential Lettings experience (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing maintenance, contractors and rental arrears
- Strong written communication and a professional, customer-focused approach
- Experience using Alto and/or Fixflo (advantageous but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential)
The Property Manager Role:
- Managing your own portfolio of landlords and tenants
- Collecting rent and proactively managing arrears
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Arranging property inspections and check-outs
- Maintaining accurate records, invoicing and property documentation
