They are looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to support the leasing of high-profile residential developments across the UK, delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst helping drive occupancy and growth. The Package

  • Basic salary up to £29,000 with OTE up to £44,000
  • Performance-related bonus structure
  • Monday to Friday, with flexible starting times of 8am-4pm OR 10am-6pm

The Lettings Negotiator Role

  • Managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Conducting viewings and showcasing high-quality residential developments
  • Building relationships with prospective residents and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Managing tenancy applications from enquiry through to move-in
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and property listings
  • Updating portals and marketing platforms
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing journey
  • Proactively following up leads and maximising conversion opportunities

The Person

  • Experience in lettings, estate agency or customer service
  • BTR experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, target-driven approach
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Experience using CRM systems and property portals
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Full UK Driving License and own car (mileage paid)
