Harte Recruitment is working with a growing residential property business that specialises in the management and leasing of high-quality Build-to-Rent developments across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Leasing Manager to lead the front-end customer journey across a portfolio of professionally managed rental communities. This Leasing Manager position would suit an experienced lettings, leasing or Build-to-Rent professional who enjoys managing enquiries, leading viewings, supporting a small team and driving occupancy within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
The Package
- Up to £35,000 basic salary (DOE) with realistic OTE of up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday working
- Flexible working hours with either: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Leasing Manager Role
- Drive occupancy across Build-to-Rent developments through effective enquiry management and viewings
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to move-in
- Lead, support and motivate the leasing team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor leasing activity, conversion rates and occupancy performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage applicant pipelines
- Collaborate with property management and operational teams to ensure a seamless resident experience
- Identify opportunities to enhance leasing performance and resident satisfaction
The Person
- Previous experience within Build-to-Rent, residential lettings or leasing
- Proven ability to achieve occupancy, lettings or sales targets
- Experience leading and supporting a team of 4-6 people
- Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding resident experience
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial but are not essential for this role
