Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly, close-knit team. The Package
- £26,000 basic with realistic OTE up to £28,500
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Saturdays on rota (approx. 1 in 3)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
- 4% pension contribution

The Lettings Negotiator Role
- Conducting a high volume of property viewings across Leeds
- Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
- Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day operations
- Assisting the sales team when required
- Managing applicant enquiries and client communication
- Representing the business professionally at all times
The Person
- Lettings or property experience (ideal)
- Candidates from strong customer-facing backgrounds will also be considered.
- Personable, professional and client-focused
- Commercially minded with strong people skills
