Specialising in residential lettings, sales, property management, valuations, and investment services. They are now looking for a Lettings Consultant to join their dynamic team in Leeds. With a focus on exceptional customer service and innovative technology, the agency delivers reliable and results-driven support to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers alike.
As a Lettings Consultant, you’ll be responsible for lettings administration, handling tenancy applications, liaising with landlords and tenants, arranging property viewings and maintenance, and negotiating lets. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced property environment.
The Package:
- Up to £27,000 basic salary (D.O.E)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (half day) with time off in lieu
The Role:
- Handle all aspects of lettings administration including preparing tenancy agreements and referencing paperwork
- Manage new tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate lets between landlords and prospective tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance requests, liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records using lettings software and internal systems
- Support the wider lettings team with day-to-day operations
The Person:
- Previous experience in lettings, property administration, or maintenance coordination (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Professional, approachable, and proactive team player
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver with own car desirable but not essential
