A skilled Lettings Administrator is sought to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Lettings or Property Administration who thrive in environments that value autonomy, minimal micromanagement. In your role as Lettings Administrator, you’ll be managing a high volume of tasks at any one time and working from various systems. The Package: * Basic Salary £25,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (full-time) 37 hours per week * Company pension * Company events * Free parking The Role: * Assisting the other team members with sales and lettings compliance support for the entire group * Dealing with regulatory and legal compliances (Update EPC, Gas Safety and ECIR property inspection) * Taking ownership of your own workload and manage your own inbound queries and requests from the group * Dealing with rent arrears on your own behalf * Reconciliation of invoices and banking * Carrying out outbound calls to the wider group, dealing with enquiries and administration requests The Person: * Previous experience working in an administrative based role is essential * Reconciliation/banking experience or admin experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential * Self-motivated, well organised and ability to use own initiative * Problem solving skills * IT skills must be advanced
