Harte Recruitment is working with a growing Leeds-based property buying business looking for commercially minded property professionals who can assess opportunity, build trust quickly and get deals agreed.

As a Property Sales Negotiator, you’ll manage warm inbound enquiries from motivated sellers, focusing on negotiation, deal-making and conversions rather than endless canvassing, listings and back-to-back viewings. It’s a faster, more commercially driven environment suited to someone who enjoys the deal side of property more than the admin around it.

The Package

  • Up to £40,000 basic with OTE £80,000- £100,000+ uncapped
  • Warm inbound leads with no cold prospecting
  • High-volume deal environment with strong earning potential
  • Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 17:30, Friday 9:00 - 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 - 13:00
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Property Sales Negotiator Role

  • Conduct desktop property valuations and assess purchase opportunities
  • Manage inbound seller enquiries and guide vendors through the acquisition process
  • Negotiate purchase terms and agree deals with property owners
  • Build trust quickly through clear, commercially confident conversations
  • Progress opportunities through to completion within a fast-moving environment
  • Convert leads into completed acquisitions consistently and efficiently

The Person

  • Experience at Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Valuer, Senior Negotiator or similar level within estate agency
  • Property buying, acquisition or investment experience would be advantageous, but strong estate agency sales experience is equally welcomed
  • Strong understanding of property values and deal negotiation
  • Commercially minded with confidence discussing pricing and opportunity
  • Naturally persuasive with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
  • Motivated by earnings, pace and high-volume deal flow
