Trainee Property Administrator , you'llsupport the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, working closely with residents, contractorsand colleagues to deliver a seamless resident journey from move-in through to move-out.

From co-ordinating maintenance and inspections to supporting compliance and property handovers, you'llplay a key role in ensuring homes arewell managedand residents receive an outstanding service.

The Person

  • Previousexperience or good understanding within residential property, lettingsor property management.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Strong communicationskills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confident using IT systems and learningnew technology.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.

The Trainee Property Administrator Role

  • Co-ordinating maintenance works and managing contractor relationships.
  • Supporting the fullresidentjourney, including move-ins, move-outsand resident onboarding.
  • Supporting resident services across responsive maintenance, inspections, rentreviewsand compliance.
  • Efficiently manageadministrative tasks, including processing invoices, maintainingaccuratesystemrecordsand producing reports.
  • Working closely with the Void Management team and internal colleagues to ensure seamless property handovers and resident onboarding.
  • Monitoring expenditure and supporting cost-effective property management.
  • Delivering a proactive, resident-first service whilst ensuring legal and health & safety compliance.
