You'll lead from the front, overseeing branch performance, team development and day to day operations while driving profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Previous Branch Manager, Office Manager or Senior Estate Agency leadership experience (essential)
  • Strong operational and organisational capability
  • Experience managing a busy Residential Sales office
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of branch profitability and performance
  • Professional, reliable and mature approach
  • Strong people management and communication skills, managing established and experienced teams
  • Hands on leadership style with strong accountability standards
  • Able to work within established business processes and culture
  • Motivated, driven and proud of delivering high standards
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
