We are a boutique lifestyle hotel based in the cultural, creative and trendy scene of Shoreditch and we are currently on the hunt for a dynamic and charismatic Gatherings & Experiences Producer!

Your role as a Gatherings & Experiences Producer…
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Groups & Events department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
- Manage and process event inquiries, proposals, and bookings with accuracy and efficiency for all the site
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within the in-house booking systems, adhering to company SOPs
- Prepare and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Sheets in a timely manner for seamless operational handovers
- Meet and greet event organizers on the day of the event, ensuring satisfaction with setup and execution
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Sales & Marketing team, and Head of F&B to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective pricing strategies and event business development
- Identify and capitalize on Group, Conference, Event, Private Dining & F&B revenue opportunities
- Analyse local market trends and competitors’ activity to identify new business leads and maintain a competitive edge
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized experiences
- Conduct show rounds in line with brand standards to drive conversion and awareness of event spaces
- Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to elevate the guest experience and operational efficiency
