An award-winning, family-run facilities management & commercial window cleaning business with client contracts across the UK is looking for an experienced and organised part-time Administrator due to continued growth. This is an office-based (Great Barr, Birmingham) role, working 24 hours per week – flexible across 3-5 days.

What you’ll be doing as an Administrator:

This is a key role within the business, focused on organisation, communication, and accountability. You will play an important part in ensuring actions are followed through, processes run smoothly, and nothing gets missed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending internal meetings and producing accurate notes and action points
  • Distributing meeting notes and tracking actions to completion
  • Following up with team members and managers to ensure accountability
  • Updating the Job management software system Eworks
  • Supporting HR administration (new starters and leavers)
  • Booking and coordinating training courses
  • Carrying out general administration duties
  • Supporting the implementation of AI to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

What we’re looking for in a part-time Administrator:

  • Experience using Job Management software is essential
  • Previous experience such as a PA, Office Administration or HR Administration role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to follow up actions and communicate with staff at all levels
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve administration processes

Salary – £14.50 - £16.50 per hour £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata
