We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client care, providing advanced aesthetic and beauty treatments, and supporting the clinic's mission to deliver bespoke, holistic services. This role involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team, contributing to the client journey, and upholding the clinic's high standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct skin and body assessments alongside lead clinicians to determine individual client needs and recommend tailored treatments.
- Treatment Delivery: Perform a range of aesthetic and beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
- Advanced facials (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy)
- Skin rejuvenation treatments (e.g., microneedling, radiofrequency)
- Body contouring treatments (e.g., Emsculpt NEO, RF, Lymphatic Drainage)
- Laser Hair Removal
- Other non-invasive or minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Product Recommendations: Advise clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to enhance results.
- Collaboration: Work alongside medical practitioners, nurses, and other team members to deliver integrated care and seamless client experiences.
- Client Care & Records: Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatments, and follow-ups while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Continuous Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in aesthetics and beauty therapy.
- Clinic Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing treatment rooms, stock levels, and equipment maintenance.
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Certified training in advanced aesthetic treatments (e.g., microneedling, chemical peels).
- Laser/IPL qualification (if applicable).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Training in body contouring devices (e.g., Emsculpt NEO).
- Experience with medical-grade skincare products.
- Training with Alma Harmony XL Pro
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetic or high-end beauty clinic.
- Strong knowledge of skin health, anatomy, and anti-aging treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven sales experience and on-target earnings
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
