The firm is now seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Property Finance team. You’ll work on a mix of residential and commercial real estate finance matters, advising a range of lender and borrower clients including private banks, bridging lenders, and high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting on behalf of a wide range of lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions.
- Managing a caseload of residential and commercial real estate finance matters.
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, legal charges, and ancillary documents.
- Liaising with clients, brokers, surveyors, and external stakeholders.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice in a time-sensitive environment.
This position is critical to supporting the firm’s growing lender client base and delivering on increasingly high-value mandates. The incoming solicitor will play a hands-on role in shaping client relationships and contributing to the continued success and reputation of the property finance offering.
