Key Responsibilities Acting on behalf of a wide range of lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions. Managing a caseload of residential and commercial real estate finance matters. Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, legal charges, and ancillary documents. Liaising with clients, brokers, surveyors, and external stakeholders. Managing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. Providing pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice in a time-sensitive environment. Impact of the Role This position is critical to supporting the firm’s growing lender client base and delivering on increasingly high-value mandates. The incoming solicitor will play a hands-on role in shaping client relationships and contributing to the continued success and reputation of the property finance offering.
