This modern and ambitious law firm, well-regarded locally for its expertise and client care, is now looking to welcome a talented Paralegal into its expanding team. The practice prides itself on creating a supportive working culture where lawyers at all levels can learn, grow, and thrive.

The role has been designed to provide hands-on support to two highly experienced solicitors in Family Law alongside Litigation, and Employment matters. For a motivated paralegal, this represents a rare opportunity to gain exposure to a broad caseload and benefit from one-to-one mentoring from practitioners who are recognised for their technical knowledge and practical approach.

The Role:

Assisting fee-earners with client files across Family Law, Litigation, and Employment matters.

Drafting correspondence and legal documents.

Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.

Liaising with clients and external parties.

Supporting the smooth progression of matters and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

About You:

Previous paralegal experience, ideally with a focus in Family Law.

Any additional exposure to Litigation or Employment matters is highly desirable.

A proactive, organised, and client-focused individual who is keen to learn.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
