Harry’s Cider is an award-winning family business, with a passion for creating delicious, artisan craft cider grown, pressed and packaged at Littlefield Farm. Alongside producing our range of traditional, sparkling, fruit and mulled cider, we also enjoy sharing our enthusiasm for cider with visitors to the farm through our cider shop, taproom, tours, and events. As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join us on the next phase of our journey.

The Role

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position, with oversight of day‑to‑day operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a small business environment and is excited to play a key role in shaping the future growth of the company. The role will involve responsibility across finance, operations, marketing, and strategy. You will work closely with the directors to shape strategy, drive sales, support decision‑making, and ensure the business runs efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards.
