Key Responsibilities

  • Support the seamless running of the restaurant by providing efficient and effective service.
  • Ensure that service standards are consistently maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the restaurant team and the kitchen brigade.
  • Carry out training and development activities within the department and take appropriate action where required.
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year’s experience in a Restaurant Supervisor role or a similar position.
  • Solution‑driven and able to work well under pressure.
  • Professional approach to service excellence and a proven team‑player attitude.
