As a Shift Manager, you will:
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and food quality
- Support health & safety, stock control and shift administration
- Act as a role model for our values and service standards
- Support the management team in delivering operational excellence

- Experience managing teams in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, approachable leader
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
