The One Club programme is a key part of our customer engagement and loyalty strategy, designed to strengthen brand awareness, increase membership, and drive long-term customer relationships. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the One Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the One Club membership programme, including email, social media, website, in-store materials, and paid media.
  • Manage the marketing budget for One Club activities, ensuring effective allocation of spend and return on investment.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams – including eCommerce, Retail, Merchandising, and Customer Service – to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Support member acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and personalised communications.
  • Develop content for various channels – newsletters, web, digital ads, and social – in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and member data to drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce regular reports on KPIs such as membership growth, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for creative production, print, and digital execution.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in loyalty marketing.
  • Contribute to wider brand marketing initiatives when required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, eCommerce, or loyalty marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems).
  • Creative thinker with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
