What hours will you be working?
Up to 40-48 hours across 5 days a week.

What you’ll be doing:
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. You will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.
Your Pub:
Once a police station, this stunning site is being transformed into a popular premium dining pub situated in the centre of Heswall. With a fantastic refurb, customers will be able to relax both inside and out, enjoying the best fresh food and drinks in a relaxing yet premium environment with exceptional customer service and hospitality. The fresh food menu will feature great British classics as well as seasonal items cooked by our passionate and enthusiastic chefs.
