Overview
Online Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering dynamic and effective programmes of individual online tuition. For each contracted study programme, Online Teachers are required to deliver a series of lessons and supervise a student\\\’s progress through materials on the HSSC Online campus. Tutorials should be tailored to a student\\\’s needs, complementing their self-study work undertaken on the campus and assisting with the development of their communicative competence. Online Teachers can provide tuition services from any suitable location worldwide which meets our minimum IT and environment requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver online tuition for contracted study programmes.
- Provide a series of lessons and supervise a student\\\’s progress through materials on the HSSC Online campus.
- Tailor tutorials to individual student needs, complementing self-study work on campus, and assist with developing communicative competence.
- Utilize virtual classroom software and navigate the online campus effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent teaching abilities with strong IT skills to enable use of virtual classroom software and the online campus.
- Ability to work from a suitable location worldwide that meets minimum IT and environment requirements.
- Committed to safeguarding children and young people; willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (UK and overseas) and comply with all safeguarding requirements.
- All references are checked; gaps in CVs explained; employment may be withdrawn if references are not received, evidence is knowingly withheld, falsified, or documents not received in due time prior to commencement.
