The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Head Master will provide comprehensive, senior level support to the Deputy Head Master and assist the Senior Management Team more broadly. You will manage the Deputy Head Master's diary, attend a wide range of meetings and committees, oversee the School's calendar, and maintain important documents and policies that ensure the School's compliance with relevant legislation. This role offers an opportunity to be involved at the heart of the School's business in a busy, challenging, and continuously changing environment, and a unique insight into the life of our vibrant and historic School.
The Contract:
- Full time, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave from July 2026
- 08.00 â 17.00, 45 hours per week for 43 weeks a year (term time plus 10 additional weeks)
- 40 hours per week could be considered

Harrow School is situated within a beautiful site in Harrow on the Hill, northwest London, and is one of the bestâknown schools in the world, with around 835 boys studying at Harrow. The role is situated in the offices of Harrow School's Senior Management Team, working within a friendly and supportive administrative department.
