Harrow Council is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Finance Division and support the delivery of the Council’s financial strategy, medium-term planning and sustainability. You will report to the Head of Finance, providing high-quality financial advice to Directors and budget holders while ensuring robust governance and value for money.
The role leads on budgeting, monitoring, forecasting and financial reporting, challenging assumptions, and informing senior decision-makers.
