Harrow Council is seeking a SEN Casework Officer to manage a diverse caseload of children and young people aged 0–25, guiding them through the Education, Health and Care assessment and review process.
You will work with schools, health, social care and families, deliver high-quality EHC Plans, attend annual reviews, and apply SEND Code of Practice 2015 to champion the needs of young people.
