London Borough of Harrow are seeking an Organisational Development and Learning & Development Administrator for a 6 month fixed-term contract.

London Borough of Harrow are seeking an Organisational Development and Learning & Development Administrator for a 6 month fixed-term contract.
As an OD & L&D Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions within the organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering various training programmes, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support to the OD & L&D team generally.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Presenting on our corporate induction days.
  • Maintain and update training records and databases.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the OD&L&D team, including preparing reports and presentations, team budget.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of OD initiatives and projects.

About You
The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an OD or L&D environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
