The London Borough of Harrow is looking for a passionate and dedicated Young Person's Advisor to join our ambitious Leaving Care Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to walk alongside care-experienced young people aged 16-25 as they navigate the transition into adulthood. We are specifically seeking an experienced Personal Adviser who is driven by their values and committed to supporting those with complex needs, including Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC). You will bring an in-depth understanding of trauma, loss, and displacement, alongside the ability to support young people through the uncertainties of immigration and identity. The successful candidate will be highly skilled at building trusting, professional relationships, maintaining confidence even when engagement is challenging. You must be reflective, organised, and capable of managing a caseload with high-quality recording standards. Working collaboratively with a wide range of partner agencies is essential to this role. - Building relationships rooted in trust, empathy and consistency.

- Working with families, carers, professionals, and services across the borough and beyond.
