We are looking for qualified, enthusiastic, and flexible tutors and assessors to deliver part‑time courses as listed below.
They must be able to plan and deliver courses independently including creating resources.

- Vocational Skills (Assessors & Tutors)
- Level 1‑3 in Health and Social Care/Adult Care
- Levels 1‑3 Business admin, team leading, customer service and leadership & management
- Employability skills and licence to practice courses
- Learners With Learning Difficulties And Disabilities
- Experience teaching adult learners with learning difficulties and disabilities
- Independent planning and delivery with resource creation
- Teaching qualification required; qualification around learning difficulties and disabilities strongly desirable
Duties
- Carry out initial and diagnostics assessments
- Deliver group‑based accredited and non‑accredited courses
- Maintain attendance registers, records of progress and ensure learners enrolled at the correct levels
- Create teaching and learning materials and resources
- Implement adaptive teaching strategies
- Teach blended learning courses and online classes through Google Classroom
- Support learners improve employability skills through continuous assessment, marking and examinations
- Check and assess learners’ work and provide feedback
- Analyse data and target setting to raise standards of retention and achievement
- Work within the Learn Harrow Quality framework to meet contract standards
- Maintain effective and efficient administrative procedures
Essential
- Professional teaching qualification (Level 3 or 4)
- Relevant qualification from digital skills or other vocational sectors
- Experience in IT skills, advanced MS Office, and e‑learning platforms, especially Google Classroom
Experience
- Teaching accredited courses, assessing and marking portfolios and assessments, end‑of‑course exams and assignments
- Experience of undergoing Ofsted observation, internal and external observations
- Teaching individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Implementing Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values within course content
Skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Good interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- Strong coaching and teaching ability
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of online learning platforms, MS Office, internal QA processes
Desirable
- A1 Assessor (desirable for Digital Skills)
