You will report to the Assistant Principal Lawyer or Principal Lawyer, and your caseload will include: Advising on and prosecuting regulatory and fraud offences, including appeals and judicial review.Advising on licensing matters, including advising elected members at committee meetings, defending statutory appeals and advising on enforcement.Advice to tackle anti-social behaviour and community tensions, such as the use of Public Spaces Protection Orders and other community orders.Policy advice on regulatory matters.Other regulatory litigation work including court and tribunal advocacy. You will also be expected to be a team player and forge excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.Although the legal practice works in a hybrid fashion, and so daily office attendance is not expected, you will be expected to work from our Harrow office at least one to two days per week, and/or at client offices and court when required.
