Harrow Council is seeking an Enablement Community Officer to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to gain independence and participate in their communities. You will assess needs, develop tailored plans and connect people to education, employment, volunteering, housing and travel opportunities.
You will work with families, carers and professionals to monitor progress, manage a varied caseload and promote safeguarding, inclusion and person-centred outcomes in a supportive team.
