b Overview /b p In this role you will deliver high-quality early support to children, young people and families, focusing on improving outcomes and wellbeing. You will plan and run engaging group activities and apply evidence-based approaches within a multi-disciplinary team. You help families access services, support safeguarding, and drive inclusion across community settings. This fixed-term opportunity supports continuous improvement and outstanding practice while allowing you to develop professionally in a collaborative, child-centred environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver high-quality early support services to children, young people and families to improve outcomes and wellbeing /li li Plan and lead engaging group activities, programmes and interventions using evidence-based approaches /li li Build positive relationships with children, young people, parents, carers and partner agencies /li li Act as a champion for best practice and drive continuous service improvement /li li Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and across community settings /li li Carry out assessment, planning, monitoring and review to ensure effective support and positive outcomes /li li Maintain accurate records, reports and case notes using IT systems /li li Demonstrate strong safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion /li li Be flexible to work in evenings and weekends to meet service needs /li li Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience and commit to ongoing professional development /li li Understand and support Early Support Needs Analyses and targeted interventions depending on grade/level /li li Promote engagement with services and healthy, inclusive activities across Childrens Centres, Youth Services and community settings /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualifications in Early Years or related fields (Level 3) and commitment to study to Level 4+ /li li Level 2/3 certificate in Youth Work /li li Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team /li li Strong safeguarding, inclusion and relationship-building skills /li li Ability to plan, monitor and review support and outcomes /li li Commitment to ongoing professional development /li li Willingness to work some evenings/weekends /li /ul ul li proactive and compassionate /li li relationship-building /li li collaboration /li li use of IT systems for records and reporting /li li documentation and case notes /li li planning and monitoring tools /li /ul
