You will facilitate day activities, address physical/behavioural/emotional needs, and promote independence with person-centred approaches.
You will work in partnership with families, carers and professionals, ensuring safety, rights and inclusion.
NVQ3 or equivalent and GCSEs are preferred, with safeguarding knowledge essential.
