Harrow Council is seeking an experienced social worker to join the MHLDA Adult Social Care team, focusing on adults who are rough sleeping or at imminent risk. You will undertake Care Act assessments, MCA assessments, and safeguarding enquiries while working with partner agencies to prevent entrenchment in rough sleeping.
