We are seeking to appoint a Section Manager for Travel and Tourism based at our Uxbridge Campus, who would be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering courses. You will develop provision, teach on a range of programmes and line manage a team of teaching staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and deliver courses in Travel and Tourism.
- Develop course provision and teach a range of programmes.
- Line manage a teaching team.
- Support and develop lecturers in their teaching practice.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified in a relevant subject area.
- Full Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
- At least 2 years of recent teaching experience in Travel and Tourism.
- Experience in curriculum management/co-ordination and team leadership, including supporting and developing lecturers with their teaching practice.
