Position Overview: Access Arrangements Co-ordinator – 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times.

Location: Uxbridge/Hayes

Salary: £24,922 to £27,131 (actual salary for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)

Post Type: Full Time Term Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations and assessments for learners who require exam access arrangements.
  • Process entries, enter data onto computerised systems, prepare examination timetables, supervise exams and liaise with exam boards, students and College staff.
  • Support staff training on exam access arrangements.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in a busy administrative role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to implement rules and regulations effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork, organisational and interpersonal communication skills.

We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. For individuals who start a term time only role after 1 September, the salary will be pro‑rated from the start date to the end of the academic year (31 August 2026).
