Position Overview: Access Arrangements Co-ordinator – 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times.
Location: Uxbridge/Hayes
Salary: £24,922 to £27,131 (actual salary for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
Post Type: Full Time Term Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations and assessments for learners who require exam access arrangements.
- Process entries, enter data onto computerised systems, prepare examination timetables, supervise exams and liaise with exam boards, students and College staff.
- Support staff training on exam access arrangements.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a busy administrative role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to implement rules and regulations effectively.
- Excellent teamwork, organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. For individuals who start a term time only role after 1 September, the salary will be pro‑rated from the start date to the end of the academic year (31 August 2026).
