HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a merged college group, based in West London. We have five campuses at Harrow on the Hill, Harrow Weald, Hayes, Uxbridge and Richmond upon Thames.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a driven, energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant with a strong background in Apprenticeships to support our Technical Apprenticeship provision, selling learner training solutions to levy paying employers.
  • You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our apprenticeships division and account managing our existing employers.

Requirements and expectations

  • Has a proven track record of a consultative approach in sales within the education sector, focusing on apprenticeships.
  • Has a genuine interest in helping others succeed through education and training.
  • Is a dynamic collaborator and a solution orientated salesperson.

You will need to possess a driving licence and the use of your own personal transport as this post will involve travelling across the UK. This role can involve some hybrid/remote working, to be discussed and agreed on appointment.
