HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a thriving Further Education College group in West London with far reaching ambitions for our IT and digital provision. We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our IT department and support key system and process developments across the organisation. In this role, you’ll play an important part in shaping project outcomes by turning business needs into clear technical requirements and helping guide the delivery of effective solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the College—including business teams, IT, architects, suppliers, and project managers—bringing clarity to requirements and ensuring that solutions are practical and aligned with organisational priorities.

Location: Uxbridge/Harrow/Richmond Colleges

Salary: £55,730 to £60,730 Per annum including London Weighting

Post Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Experience producing high-quality documentation, including business cases and detailed technical/functional requirements.
  • Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear application, operational, and technical requirements.
  • Experience in running workshops and interviews with stakeholders and end users.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology in both project management and application context.

This role operates on a hybrid working model. The postholder is required to work a minimum of three days per week on-site, with the remaining two days worked flexibly from an agreed College location or from home, subject to operational requirements.
