Responsibilities

  • Teach on Electrical Installation programmes, including City and Guilds and EAL, at Harrow Weald campus.
  • Deliver high quality teaching, contribute to course development, and support student learning and progression.
  • Engage with the team in a friendly and supportive environment, with opportunities for training and development and scope for promotion within the College.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including potential funding for teacher training qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation (NVQ).
  • 18th edition wiring regulations C&G.
  • Experience gained within the electrical installation industry, including experience of electro-technical systems and AM2 assessment.

We may offer sponsorship for this role. The UK Government has a scheme for eligible FE teachers within their first 5 years of teaching in Further Education to claim up to £6,000 directly from the Government.
