We are seeking a positive, customer-focused individual to provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors at the College Reception desk. Based mainly at Harrow Weald Campus, with possible duties at Harrow-on-the-Hill Campus, you will handle all incoming telephone calls, operate the switchboard, and use college systems. The role also involves managing incoming and outgoing mail, processing payments during enrolment, and general administration tasks.
You should possess excellent customer service skills, with experience in a customer-facing role, and be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups. The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure is essential. Experience working with young people is desirable.
