Ready to own a site from planning to handover? This role puts you in control of technical delivery and site infrastructure from planning approval through construction to final estate completion and adoption. You will drive best-value engineering solutions, coordinate utilities and design information, and make sure everything lands on time, on budget, and compliant. If it connects, drains, powers, or supports the site... you are on it.
The role:
- Lead technical delivery across roads, sewers, drainage, earthworks, utilities and site infrastructure
- Own all technical information from drawings, approvals, quotations, agreements (S104/S38), and on-site connections
- Manage consultants (civil, structural, environmental, transport, flood risk, surveys) to secure best-value, build-ready solutions
- Coordinate legal and statutory agreements in partnership with external legal teams
- Be the technical voice on site, attending pre-start, monthly and progress meetings
- Keep construction moving by issuing clear, timely information to construction, sales and commercial
- Support live sites with practical, cost-effective technical guidance
About you - Qualifications:
- HND / Degree in Building Studies, Construction, Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- Proven experience within the housebuilding industry
