Have you worked on new housing developments? Or in customer care for a new-build company? If so, Harron Homes are looking for a Customer Project Manager to join us on an exciting 6 month project focused on improving the customer experience. This is a hands on role with real impact, giving you the opportunity to work closely with our teams and our customers.
You will lead a key project addressing customer raised issues, ensuring that each concern is fully investigated, solutions are devised, and expectations are carefully managed. Your goal will be to deliver a smoother, more positive journey for our customers, while supporting our teams in driving improvements across the business.
Responsibilities- Investigate and understand customer issues raised across our homes
- Develop and implement practical solutions to address these issues
- Manage customer expectations throughout the process, ensuring clear communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Monitor progress and report on outcomes to senior leadership
- Experienced within New Build Homes, whether this be on Site, or within Customer Care department with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to balance operational needs and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and drive results within a defined timeframe
