Harron Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Yorkshire region, based on a residential development in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality homes for a respected and well-established housebuilder. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme, within budget, and to the high standards of quality of Harron Homes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all site activities from start to completion
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Maintain build quality in line with specifications, NHBC, and building regulations
- Monitor progress against programme and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare plots for inspections and oversee handovers
About you
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and quality standards
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
