Your Role as a Support Worker
- Deliver personalised, one-to-one care that promotes dignity and independence
- Assist with everyday activities, including personal care, mobility, meals, and medication
- Travel between client homes (with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)

- Record care accurately and report any changes in well-being
