Salary: £13.50/hr (MonFri) | £14.25/hr (SatSun)

Plus fully paid travel time at your hourly rate and 45p per mile mileage allowance

Your Role as a Support Worker:

• Deliver personalised, one-to-one care that promotes dignity and independence
• Assist with everyday activities, including personal care, mobility, meals, and medication
• Travel between client homes (with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)
• Communicate clearly with families to provide reassurance and updates
• Record care accurately and report any changes in well‑being
• Build meaningful, lasting connections with the people you support

What You’ll Need

• Minimum age: 18
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check & references (we’ll guide you through this process)
