Highfield Pre-School, part of Harrogate Ladies College, is a leading independent nursery school for boys and girls (2-4 years). Our Pre-School is a unique and wonderful nursery school environment and is the perfect stepping stone from home to school. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our Pre-School team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive staff team, nurturing and inspiring children aged 2–4 years in a welcoming and well-resourced setting.
Applicants should have a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification and be experienced in working in a similar environment. A good understanding and sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage is required.
Harrogate Ladies’ College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and the successful applicant must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post. Please note that the successful applicant will not be able to start in School until all pre-employment checks have been completed satisfactorily.
