We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an After School Care Assistant to join our thriving After School Care provision at Highfield Prep School from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming and nurturing environment, supporting children aged 4–11 years.
Our After School Care runs from 4.00pm to 6.00pm during term time, and we are seeking additional support on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about providing high‑quality care in a safe, happy, and engaging setting.
The successful candidate will:
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Help create a fun and stimulating environment for all pupils
- Support children’s wellbeing through play and structured activities
