Working closely with the Board, theChief Executive will provide strategicand inspirational leadership, ensuring theAssociation remains financially resilient,well governed and firmly focused onmeeting local housing needs anddelivering excellent outcomes for residents and communities.You will leadthe delivery of our strategic ambitions,foster a high-performing culture andstrengthen our reputation as a trustedlocal organisation and influential voicewithin the region.
We are looking for a credible andvalues-driven leader with strongcommercial and financial acumen,supported by professionalaccountancy qualification. You willbring experience of strategic leadership,organisational change and stakeholderengagement, together with the abilityto inspire confidence and build strongrelationships with residents, colleagues, partners and stakeholders acrossHarrogate, North Yorkshire and beyond
