Part-time 7.5 hours per week. Full day on a Friday or split over 2 days. We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, motivating and inspiring careers adviser to bring their skillset and experience to support our outstanding careers programme. The post holder will provide independent careers guidance to students so they are fully prepared for the next stages of their education, building strong relationships with staff, external agencies, businesses and other stakeholders to support career development and the key skills of students to maximise employability.

- Has experience of offering information, advice and guidance to young people aged 11-18 and supporting students to reach aspirational destinations.
- Has the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team as well as on their own.
- Has excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
